Terms of Service

1. The marketplace

AiHIRE.com.de ("AiHIRE", "we", "us") is a marketplace operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, that connects clients ("Clients") with verified independent professionals ("Experts") for project work.

AiHIRE is the marketplace operator. Experts are independent contractors and are not employees of AiHIRE.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, with the legal authority to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to maintain it. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Verification

Experts undergo identity, skills, and track-record verification. Verification status is displayed on profiles.

Verification is not a guarantee of work quality. Clients should review portfolios, reviews, and proposals before engaging.

4. Payments and escrow

All payments flow through Stripe escrow held by AiHIRE. Funds are released to Experts only when Clients approve the corresponding milestone.

AiHIRE charges a 5% platform fee deducted from each released milestone — that is the only fee taken from the transaction. Stripe's processing costs are absorbed within that 5%.

Refunds for unreleased escrow are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Disputes are mediated by AiHIRE Trust as described in Section 5.

5. Disputes

If a project goes off track, either party may open a dispute. AiHIRE Trust will review evidence from both sides and issue a non-binding recommendation.

If parties cannot reach resolution, the dispute may be escalated to formal mediation under DIFC-LCIA rules.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables produced by an Expert and paid for by a Client are owned by the Client upon final approval and full payment of the relevant milestone.

Experts may showcase non-confidential portfolio samples of completed work in their AiHIRE profile.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use AiHIRE for illegal activity, harassment, fraud, or to circumvent platform fees by transacting off-platform after introduction.

AiHIRE may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiHIRE's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid to AiHIRE in the 12 months preceding the claim.

AiHIRE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Disputes are subject to DIFC Courts jurisdiction.
