What AiHIRE does today

• • Clients post a project; experts in the matching category propose on it.
• • Accepted proposals create an order with milestones; the client funds escrow via Stripe; funds release per-milestone as the client approves work.
• • 5% AiHIRE platform fee on each released milestone — that's our only revenue.
• • AiHIRE Trust mediates disputes (refund or release) within ~4 business days.

What we don't do (yet)

• • Email notifications. In-app /notifications is the source of truth for now.
• • Magic-link sign-in. Email + password and Google OAuth work today.
• • Photo uploads on profiles. Avatars are auto-generated from initials.
• • Rich text in messages. Plain text only.
• • File attachments on orders / messages.

Each of these is on the roadmap. We'd rather ship the spine first and tell you the gaps than fake them.
